GENERAL SHIPPING

All orders will be processed and dispatched from Brooklyn, New York within 1-2 business days (excluding US public holidays or office closures communicated on the homepage). A tracking number will be emailed upon dispatch of all orders. Shipping updates may be emailed directly from the carrier as required. It is your responsibility to arrange re-delivery or pick up from the delivery company if the parcel cannot be left at the address provided.

FOR USA ORDERS

Standard delivery (5-7 business days) for all USA orders is included.
For orders over $150, your order is shipped express (1-2 business days), included.
For orders under $150, express shipping (1-2 business days) is $7.00.
All domestic deliveries are shipped through USPS. Tracking is available. Should you require a signature upon delivery please contact love@jadeoi.com.

FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For orders from Canada, standard international delivery (5-7 business days) is free of charge.
For the rest of the world, standard international delivery (7-10 business days) is $15.

All international deliveries are shipped through DHL or UPS and come with tracking.
Express orders are shipped via DHL with signature upon delivery. International express orders are delivered within 5-7 business days.

INTERnational taxes and duties

International customers (outside the US) are responsible to pay any applicable inbound duties, taxes, and any other fees outlined by the local Customs authority. All international packages are shipped DDU (duties and taxes unpaid), meaning these fees are not included in the price of goods purchased from our website. It is your responsibility to pay these fees in order to receive the parcel. We are unable to advise the amounts of what these fees might be, if applicable at all. Please contact your country’s customs office for estimated charges and rates on packages coming from overseas.

WROng address entered

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter the correct shipping address when ordering from our website. If you have placed an order and have put the wrong address, please contact us ASAP via email at love@jadeoi.com. If no tracking number has been issued, we will aim to resolve your issue. However, if a tracking number has already been issued, a postage fee will be charged depending on your mailing country.

If an order is canceled after a tracking number is issued, a refund will be issued, minus the delivery fee for shipping your order.

pre orders

For all pre-orders, please note that the ‘dispatch by’ date is a guide only and items can be shipped before or after this date.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, we will send your entire order when the final item arrives. If you wish to receive the items in stock first, please place your order as 2 separate orders.
