Our return policy offers flexibility if our accessories don’t work with our dress like you’ve planned. Past this time zone, we have to replace earring posts and re-plate earrings to ensure hygiene and safety for our customers. Any returned earrings are being recycled as samples or donated.

Regular cleaning and upkeep are needed to keep your jewelry lasting many lifetimes.

We recommend putting the jewelry on last and take them off first. They are vulnerable to chemicals found in cosmetics, hair spray, lotions, soaps, perfume, or oils. Wiping it down with warm water after used can restore its shininess. Please store them in a dark and dry place to avoid exposure to moisture.

With our headpieces, store them in a dry place and clean them with a polishing cloth before use. All our headpieces are hand-made so they are very delicate, so be gentle when cleaning!
